This policy explains what Demand Beacon LLC ("we," "us") collects when you use www.demandbeacon.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Using the site means you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, company website, the services you're interested in, how you found us and your message.
- Free audit: the web address you want audited and, if you unlock the full report, your email address.
- Email: anything you send us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site or source that sent you here (such as a search engine, an AI assistant or another website). Some of this comes from cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask for
- To run your audit and send your report
- To follow up about your inquiry or audit, and occasionally to share news or offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or misuse
- To meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or lease your personal information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
We use a few trusted providers to run the site and our business: HubSpot (forms, contact records and analytics), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google Workspace (email). They may only use your information to provide services to us and must keep it confidential.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we believe in good faith it's needed to protect our rights or property, or someone's safety.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Email jess@demandbeacon.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some information when the law allows or requires it, for example to finish work you've asked for, keep records for an existing agreement, or prevent fraud.
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email. You can change your cookie choices anytime with Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out.
Depending on where you live, including California and Colorado, privacy laws may give you additional rights. Contact us and we'll help.
When we email you, we may see whether the email was opened or a link was clicked. That helps us send less of what you don't read.

Our site links to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so read their policies too.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll investigate promptly and notify you and any required authorities as the law requires.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices or the law change, and we'll note significant changes on the site. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
